Df163 Presents Xerox DocuMate 162
Thursday, March 11th, 2010I was hunting for a Xerox scanner and found the Xerox DocuMate 162. I am still thinking if this is the best scanner for me though. So for the meantime, I am going to write about Xerox DocuMate 162.
First, I like how it looks. It’s not too bulky or too small. It can fit perfectly on the unused table I have at home. Aside from the appearance, I also found a number of good things from this seemingly simplistic scanner.
Here’s a quick look at the functions of Xerox DocuMate 162.
This Xerox product can scan your documents at 25ppm in simplex. In addition, it is possible to convert your scanned documents into PDF files through the One Touch® feature. Furthermore, your documents from the Xerox Documate 162 will be scanned without imperfections even if the original is not perfect itself.
Now that we know some features of the Xerox DocuMate 162, here are the minimum requirements if you’re planning to get this scanner.

- 350MB of available HD Space
- Pentium® IV or equivalent processor
